You’ll prepare classic Italian starters like bruschetta, master a perfectly balanced cacio e pepe, choose between iconic mains such as saltimbocca alla Romana or eggplant parmigiana, create a seasonal side dish, and finish with homemade tiramisù. After cooking, you’ll sit down to enjoy the full meal you’ve created, all paired with local wine.

Our cooking and meal was all very authentic and so much fun to make all the yummy things we ate. I have now taken the Local Aromas cooking class twice and the experience gets better every time I go! The atmosphere of the locations they chose are so charming and welcoming. The cooking experience is very inclusive and involves multiple courses, making different types of pastas, cocktails/wine, a dessert, and of course EATING EVERYTHING. I feel as if Eric, Cristina, and Valerie are my dear friends now. We have so much fun laughing while we make the dishes- they are very patient with me as I struggle through what comes so naturally to them. I was thankful to have a guide that spoke very good English because my Italian needs work, but that was no problem for them. If I had one critique, it would be to have stayed longer and had more laughs with this crew. So much fun- highly recommend and will be back again!
