I never thought I’d say this, but I loved a grappa tasting. I went in curious and a little skeptical, and walked out totally impressed. Each grappa tasted different, and learning how it’s made helped me appreciate it so much more. It was relaxed, informative, and surprisingly delicious. A must if you want to discover a true Italian spirit and ask for Eric. He was incredibly knowledgable.

We did this grappa tasting as a group of women and had the best time. None of us really knew what to expect, and a few of us were a little nervous about how strong grappa might be. By the end, we were all completely converted. Tasting different styles side by side and learning how grappa is made made such a difference. Each one had its own personality, from softer and smoother to more bold and intense. Eric was great and explained things very clearly. The whole experience felt relaxed, social, and surprisingly educational, without ever being boring. We laughed, asked a million questions, and left with a new appreciation for this spirit. It turned into one of those experiences we kept talking about for the rest of the trip. Try it!
