🥣 Pasta & Gnocchi Workshop

🍝 The Four Roman Pastas

An experience focused on Rome’s iconic pasta recipes. Teams prepare the four classics, working on technique, flavor balance, and time management while exploring local culinary tradition.

🍕 Pizza & Gelato

A dynamic format combining savory and sweet. Participants work on dough preparation, fermentation, and baking, alongside the creation of artisanal gelato in a collaborative and engaging setting.
